Pricing is based on the weight of the carcass after slaughter; this is referred to as “carcass weight,” “hanging weight” or “hot weight.” Carcass weight normally ranges between 170 and 200 lbs. Our price includes all costs, including bacon and ham curing($285 value), delivery not included.

Delivery costs will be determined based on your location.

A deposit of $100.00 is required upon ordering.
