Price for either is $7.50 per lb based on hanging weight:
Pricing is based on the weight of the carcass after slaughter; this is referred to as “carcass weight,” “hanging weight” or “hot weight.” Halves normally weigh between 300 and 350 lbs.
This price includes all costs except delivery and some custom processing charges. Extra charges are explained on the cutting instructions. Delivery costs will be determined based on your location.
A deposit of $100.00 is required upon ordering.
